Outside Roofing & Siding Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Run company-generated leads and generate your own business through referrals and field marketing.

  • Perform roof and siding inspections for storm damage and retail projects.

  • Prepare detailed estimates and explain materials, warranties, and options to homeowners.

  • Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm full scope and coverage of repairs.

  • Build strong, long-term customer and referral relationships in the Florissant community.

  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events such as BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and HBA.

  • Partner with real estate agents, insurance pros, and home-service trades to create referral networks.

  • Request 5-Star Google Reviews and follow up with prospects regularly.

  • Guide clients through color selections and contract signings.

  • Attend weekly team meetings to align goals and share success strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • Comfortable learning and explaining the insurance claim process.

  • Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and results-oriented professional.

  • Team player who values integrity, accountability, and growth.

Performance Expectations

  • Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.

  • Maintain a 35%+ closing ratio.

  • Balance company and self-generated leads 50/50.

  • Build 10+ new referral relationships monthly.

  • Maintain company profit margins through ethical, accurate estimating.
