Outside Roofing & Siding Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Manage company-provided leads and generate your own through referrals and field marketing.

  • Perform roof and siding inspections for storm-damage and retail projects.

  • Create detailed estimates and present material and warranty options clearly to homeowners.

  • Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm full repair scopes and proper coverage.

  • Build and maintain client and referral relationships in the Maryland Heights community.

  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events like BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and trade associations.

  • Partner with real-estate agents, insurance professionals, and other contractors to expand referral pipelines.

  • Encourage 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with leads.

  • Guide clients through color selections and project contracts.

  • Participate in weekly strategy meetings with the sales team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, siding, construction, or restoration.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.

  • Comfortable explaining insurance claims and project scopes.

  • Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and reliable.

  • Team-minded with a professional and positive attitude.

Performance Expectations

  • Achieve $108,000+ in monthly sales.

  • Maintain a 35 % closing ratio or higher.

  • Balance company-provided and self-generated leads 50/50.

  • Build 10+ new referral relationships per month.

  • Maintain company profit margins through accurate and ethical selling.
