Outside Roofing & Siding Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Run company-provided leads and create new business through referrals and neighborhood marketing.

  • Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm-damage and retail improvement projects.

  • Prepare clear, detailed estimates and educate homeowners on materials, warranties, and insurance coverage.

  • Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm accurate scopes of work.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer and referral relationships in the Creve Coeur area.

  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at networking events, including Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and HBA meetings.

  • Collaborate with real-estate agents, insurance professionals, and local trades to expand referral networks.

  • Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.

  • Help homeowners finalize color selections and contracts.

  • Participate in weekly team strategy meetings to stay sharp and focused.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • Comfortable explaining insurance claim processes to clients.

  • Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.

  • Highly motivated, organized, and goal-driven.

  • Professional, ethical, and team-oriented with a strong customer focus.

Performance Goals

  • Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales.

  • Maintain a 35%+ closing ratio.

  • Balance company and self-generated leads (50/50).

  • Develop 10+ new referral relationships each month.

  • Maintain profitability and accuracy through ethical selling.
