Outside Roofing & Siding Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Run company-provided leads and build your own opportunities through referrals and community networking.

  • Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm damage and retail projects.

  • Prepare and present detailed estimates, explaining materials, warranties, and insurance coverage options.

  • Meet with insurance adjusters to verify scope and ensure proper claim handling.

  • Build strong customer and referral relationships in the Clayton area.

  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at networking events like the Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and professional associations.

  • Partner with real-estate agents, insurance reps, and home-service contractors to develop referral pipelines.

  • Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with open leads.

  • Help homeowners finalize color selections and project contracts.

  • Attend weekly team meetings to discuss goals, strategy, and growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.

  • Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • Able to explain insurance claim processes clearly and confidently.

  • Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.

  • Motivated, organized, and results-oriented.

  • Professional appearance and attitude with a commitment to integrity.

Performance Goals

  • Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.

  • Maintain a 35%+ closing ratio.

  • Balance company-provided and self-generated leads 50/50.

  • Build 10+ new referral relationships per month.

  • Maintain profit margins and ethical sales standards.
