Outside Roofing & Siding Sales Executive

What You’ll Do

  • Run company-provided leads and develop your own through referrals and neighborhood marketing.

  • Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm-damage and retail projects.

  • Prepare professional estimates and educate homeowners on materials, warranties, and insurance coverage.

  • Meet with insurance adjusters to verify scopes and ensure fair claim outcomes.

  • Build long-term customer and referral relationships within the Lemay community.

  • Represent Prrotect Roofing at local business and networking events such as BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and trade shows.

  • Partner with real-estate agents, insurance professionals, and contractors to develop strong referral pipelines.

  • Request 5-Star Google Reviews and follow up consistently with open prospects.

  • Help homeowners finalize color selections and contracts for their projects.

  • Attend weekly team meetings to review progress, goals, and strategies.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.

  • Comfortable explaining the insurance claims process to homeowners.

  • Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.

  • Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

  • Professional, team-oriented, and ethical in every interaction.

Performance Goals

  • Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.

  • Maintain a 35% or higher closing ratio.

  • Keep a 50/50 balance between company-provided and self-generated leads.

  • Build 10+ new referral relationships each month.

  • Protect company profit margins through accurate and honest estimating.
