What You’ll Do
Run company-generated leads and develop your own through referrals and neighborhood marketing.
Conduct roof and siding inspections for storm damage and retail projects.
Prepare detailed estimates and walk homeowners through materials, warranties, and insurance options.
Meet with insurance adjusters to confirm accurate scopes and approvals.
Build strong client and referral relationships throughout the Granite City area.
Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events, including Chamber of Commerce and BNI meetings.
Partner with real-estate agents, insurance reps, and trade contractors to grow referral channels.
Request 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-ups with prospects.
Assist clients with color selections and contract finalization.
Attend weekly sales strategy meetings with your Metro East team.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of outside-sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Comfortable explaining insurance claim processes to homeowners.
Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and dependable.
Team-focused professional who values integrity and customer service.
Performance Goals
Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales.
