What You’ll Do

• Manage company-provided leads and generate new business through referrals and networking.

• Perform roof and siding inspections for storm damage and retail replacement projects.

• Create detailed estimates and present tailored solutions to homeowners.

• Meet with insurance adjusters to verify proper scope of work.

• Build long-term customer relationships and a strong presence in Chesterfield neighborhoods.

• Represent Prrotect Roofing at local business events, including Chamber of Commerce, BNI, and HBA meetings.

• Partner with real estate agents, insurance reps, and trade professionals to develop referral pipelines.

• Encourage 5-Star Google Reviews and maintain consistent follow-up with open leads.

• Guide clients through color selections, contracts, and project planning.

• Attend weekly team meetings for goal tracking and collaboration.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years of outside sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.

• Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.

• Knowledge of the insurance claims process (training provided if needed).

• Comfortable climbing and inspecting roofs.

• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and professional.

• Team player with a strong sense of accountability and customer service.
