What You’ll Do
Run company-provided leads and generate your own through referrals and local marketing.
Perform roof and siding inspections for storm-damage and retail projects.
Prepare clear, professional estimates and guide homeowners through repair or replacement options.
Meet with insurance adjusters to verify full scope of damage.
Build long-term customer and referral relationships in the Ballwin area.
Represent Prrotect Roofing at networking events such as BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and HBA.
Partner with real estate agents, insurance reps, and local trades to develop referral pipelines.
Request 5-Star Google Reviews and follow up regularly with open prospects.
Help clients with material selections, colors, and contracts.
Participate in weekly sales and strategy meetings.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of outside sales experience (roofing, construction, or restoration preferred).
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
Comfortable explaining insurance claims and storm restoration processes.
Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.
Highly motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
Professional, dependable, and team-focused with a strong work ethic.
Performance Goals
Generate $108,000+ in monthly sales.
Maintain a 35%+ closing ratio.
Balance company and self-generated leads 50/50.
Develop 10+ referral relationships per month.
