What You’ll Do
Manage company-generated leads and create additional business through referrals and neighborhood marketing.
Perform roof and siding inspections for storm-damage and retail projects.
Prepare accurate, professional estimates and explain materials, warranties, and project options.
Meet with insurance adjusters to ensure all damages are properly assessed and approved.
Build long-term customer and referral relationships in the Hazelwood area.
Represent Prrotect Roofing at local networking events such as BNI, Chamber of Commerce, and HBA meetings.
Partner with real-estate agents, insurance professionals, and home-service trades to build strong referral pipelines.
Request 5-Star Google Reviews and follow up consistently with open prospects.
Help clients with color selections and contract finalization.
Participate in weekly sales meetings and team strategy sessions.
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of outside-sales experience, ideally in roofing, construction, or restoration.
Excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM platforms.
Comfortable explaining the insurance claims process to homeowners.
Physically able to climb and inspect roofs.
Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented professional.
Team player with integrity and a positive, results-driven attitude.
Performance Goals
Achieve $108,000+ in monthly sales revenue.
Maintain a 35%+ closing ratio.
